People say I'm the strong man in the house – known for my mental and physical resilience.
And indeed, strength training has been my great passion for many years. For me, it's far more than just training: it's a source of stability, clarity, and inner balance. Through conscious physical work, I continually learn to take responsibility, recognize my limits, and deal with pressure constructively – skills that extend far beyond the realm of sports.
I experience firsthand how crucial teamwork, recognizing connections, and systematic thinking are, not only in my daily collaboration with Andrea, but also from my many years as a manager. Clear structures, reliable processes, and mutual trust are, for me, central pillars of sustainable success – in business as well as in life.
With my experience in industry, it goes without saying that I am particularly responsible for the smooth running of processes at VJORA.
At the same time, my personal focus is on teaching tools, methods and rituals that give body and mind a solid foundation – to go through life permanently, freely and powerfully.

Strength does not come from toughness, but from connection, rhythm, and clarity.

The Celtic way of life and thought patterns fascinate me in a special way. Not out of romantic or spiritual idealization, but because of their remarkable clarity and connection to the earth.
The Celts lived in close relationship with the natural cycles, understood the body as part of a larger system, and were aware of the importance of rhythm, balance, and community.
Their practices were pragmatic, practical, and deeply human: work and rest had their fixed place, strength and regeneration belonged together, and individuality always existed in the context of community and responsibility.
In my view, this attitude is surprisingly modern – and highly relevant to our often overwhelming reality today.
What we can learn from this way of life is not a retreat into the past, but a more conscious life in the here and now:
to take one's own body seriously, to use clear rituals as anchors in everyday life,
To bring stress and recovery into a healthy balance and to understand oneself as part of a larger context.
These principles form the basis of my work at VJORA. They help to build inner stability, strengthen connections to oneself and others, and develop a form of resilience that is based not on toughness, but on alignment, clarity, and reliability.
As your coach, I am responsible for the professional execution of the consultation (process responsibility). You, as the client, are responsible for the issue being addressed, the actions taken in response, and their consequences.
Important NOTE
As a coach, I accompany people on their journey of personal development and change.
However, my work does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic or psychiatric treatment.
I do not make diagnoses and I do not give any promises of healing or success.
Coaching can support healing or change processes, but it does not replace them.
If you are currently undergoing medical or therapeutic treatment, please discuss participation in my coaching with your doctor or therapist beforehand.
It's important to me that you take good care of yourself – on all levels.
Before we start working together, there will first be an approximately 20-minute introductory meeting, which is free of charge.
Especially in such a trusting relationship, it is of great importance that both coach and client feel comfortable with each other.
This conversation serves that purpose and to clarify the matter.
